The function Collapse/Expand doesn't work with the frames around Heading 1. The frames are needed to get a longer distance to the top of the page than what is coded by Word.
If you have used collapse and the headings are stuck over each other, you can get the text back by right-clicking on the heading > Show/hide > Expand All Headings.
