If the student has not made a choice or if the No box is checked in the library’s template, the student project must still be deposited in Epsilon for archiving. Information about the project will be saved and visible in Epsilon, but the project itself will not be available to read online.
If the department does not use the library's template and has obtained approval for publication from the student in another way, this must be marked at the deposit in Epsilon by the administrator.
