This is handled by the adminstrator who is responsible for registration and archiving at the department administration ("RA-rollen"). Instructions can be found in:

A data management plan (DMP) should be registered in SLU's case and records management system Public 360, together with the other administrative documents in the case it relates to (proposal, contract etc.). They should be available upon request and some funders want them submitted as deliverables. 

If PhD students draw up data management plans connected to their thesis work, the DMP can be registered as an appendix in the case dossier of the individual study plan or as a document in a separate case, but cross-referenced to the case for the individual study plan.

In the system, the DMP is classified as 4.1-25 Datahanteringsplan when it concerns research with external funding, as 4.3-16 Datahanteringsplan when the funder is SLU or as 5.1-20 Datahanteringsplan when it concerns environmental monitoring and analys.
